We provide visitors to our Website (“Visitors”) access to the Website subject to the following Terms of Use, which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. Your continued use of our website means that you accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to updates made. Kinesiology Business School is an extension of The Acceleration Institute for Natural Therapists and all terms listed below pertain to both entities.
By browsing the public areas or by accessing and using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated by reference (collectively, this “Agreement”). If you do not agree to any of these terms, then please do not use the Website.
Any user who registers with us (“Registered User”) and wishes to purchase a product or class/service through our Website, is agreeing to the terms of this Agreement and the accompanying Terms and Conditions of Purchase with respect to such product or service.
Restrictions on Use of Our Online Materials
You are not allowed to reverse-engineer, redistribute or sell the material, disassemble or otherwise convert it to any other form that people can use. All remarks, suggestions, ideas, graphics, comments, or other information that you send to Acceleration Institute for Natural Therapists (other than information we promise to protect under our privacy policy) becomes and remains our property, even if this agreement is later terminated. That means that we don’t have to treat any such submission as confidential made during, prior to or following classes.
You acknowledge that you are responsible for any submission you make. This means that you (and not we) have full responsibility for the message, including its legality, reliability, appropriateness, originality, and copyright.
Links to Other Sites
We sometimes provide referrals to and links to other websites from our site and during classes. Such a link should not be seen as an endorsement, approval or agreement with any information or resources offered at sites you can access through our site, Acceleration Institute for Natural Therapists is not responsible for the content or practices of third party sites that may be linked to our site or training. When The Acceleration Institute for Natural Therapists/Kinesiology Business School provides links or references to other websites, no inference or assumption should be made and no representation should be inferred that it is connected with, operates or controls these websites. Any approved link must not represent in any way, either explicitly or by implication, that you have received the endorsement, sponsorship or support of www.accelerationfornaturaltherapists.com/www.kinesiologybusinessschool.com site or endorsement, sponsorship or support of accelerationfornaturaltherapists.com/kinesiologybusinessschool.com, including its respective employees, agents or directors.
Jurisdiction and Other Points to Consider
If you use our site from locations outside of Australia, you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. These Terms of Use shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia as it is applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within such jurisdiction.
To the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Acceleration Institute for Natural Therapists and/or its affiliates’ intellectual property rights, and/or its affiliates may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the State of New South Wales, Australia, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
Any other disputes will be resolved as follows:
If a dispute arises under this agreement, we agree to first try to resolve it with the help of a mutually agreed-upon mediator in the following location: Sydney. Any costs and fees other than attorney fees associated with the mediation will be shared equally by each of us.
If it proves impossible to arrive at a mutually satisfactory solution through mediation, we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration at the following location: Sydney. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitration may be entered in any court with jurisdiction to do so.
Accelerationfornaturaltherapists.com may modify these Terms of Use, and the agreement they create, at any time, simply by updating this posting and without notice to you. This is the ENTIRE agreement regarding all the matters that have been discussed.
The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, as amended, is expressly excluded.
Description and Use of Our Site
We provide Visitors and Registered Users with access to the Services as described. Visitors. Visitors, as the term implies, are people who do not register with us, but want to explore the Website. No login is required for Visitors. Visitors can: (i) view all publicly-available content on the Website; and (ii) email us. Registered Users. Registered Users can do all the things that Visitors can do, and: (i) purchase products and services through our Website; (ii) access exclusive content available only to Registered Users; (iii) sign up for our various programs/classes; (vi) sign up for alerts and other notifications; and (vii) become part of the Acceleration Institute Community
The Acceleration Institute for Natural Therapists is under no obligation to accept any individual as a Registered User and may accept or reject any registration in its sole and complete discretion. In addition, the Acceleration Institute for Natural Therapists may deactivate any account at any time, including, without limitation, if it determines that a Registered User has violated these Terms of Use.
Community Guidelines (for our Facebook community)
By accessing and/or using the website, you agree to comply with our community guidelines (the “Community Guidelines”) and that:
You will comply with all applicable laws in your use of the Website and will not use the Website for any unlawful purpose;
You will not upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that:
– infringes any copyright, trademark, right of publicity, or other proprietary rights of any person or entity; or
– is defamatory, libelous, indecent, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, invasive of another’s privacy, promotes violence, or contains hate speech (i.e., speech that attacks or demeans a group based on race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, and/or sexual orientation/gender identity);
Or
– discloses any sensitive information about another person, including that person’s email address, postal address, phone number, credit card information, or any similar information.
– You will not “stalk,” threaten, or otherwise harass another person;
– You will not spam or use the Website to engage in any commercial activities;
– if you post any Registered User Content, you will stay on topic;
– You will not access or use the websites to collect any market research for a competing business;
– You will not impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
– You will not interfere with or attempt to interrupt the proper operation of the Website through the use of any virus, device, information collection or transmission mechanism, software or routine, or access or attempt to gain access to any data, files, or passwords related to the Websites through hacking, password or data mining, or any other means;
– You will not cover, obscure, block, or in any way interfere with any advertisements and/or safety features (e.g., report abuse button) on the Website;
– You will not use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Websites for any purpose without our express written permission; provided, however, we grant the operators of public search engines permission to use spiders to copy materials from the public portions of the Websites for the sole purpose of and solely to the extent necessary for creating publicly-available searchable indices of the materials, but not caches or archives of such materials;
– You will not take any action that imposes or may impose (in our sole discretion) an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our technical infrastructure; and
– You will let us know about inappropriate content of which you become aware. If you find something that violates our Community Guidelines, please let us know, and we’ll review it.
We reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to deny you access to the website, or any portion of the website, without notice, and to remove any content that does not adhere to these Community Guidelines.
Restrictions
The website is only available for individuals aged 13 years or older. If you are 13 or older, but under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should review this Agreement with your parent or guardian to make sure that you and your parent or guardian understand it.
Sign-in Name; Password; Unique Identifiers
During the registration process for Registered Users, we may ask you to create an account, which includes a sign-in name (“Sign-In Name”), a password (“Password”), and perhaps certain additional information that will assist in authenticating your identity when you log-in in the future (“Unique Identifiers”). When creating your account, you must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information. Each Sign-In Name and corresponding Password can be used by only one Registered User, and sharing your access credentials with others (especially if they are using your credentials to access our proprietary Content (as defined below)) is a material breach of this Agreement. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and use of your Sign-In Name, Password, and Unique Identifiers, as well as for any use, misuse, or communications entered through the Websites using one or more of them. You will promptly inform us of any need to deactivate a Password or Sign-In Name, or change any Unique Identifier. We reserve the right to delete or change your Password, Sign-In Name, or Unique Identifier at any time and for any reason and shall have no liability to you for any loss or damage caused by such action. The Acceleration Institute for Natural Therapists will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by any unauthorized use of your account.
Fees and Payments
As consideration for any purchase you make on the website, you shall pay The Acceleration Institute for Natural Therapists all applicable fees and taxes. We (or our third-party payment processor) shall authorize your credit card, bank account, or other approved payment facility you provided during the registration process for the full payment of the fees and any applicable taxes, and you hereby consent to the same.
You must provide current, complete, and accurate information. You must promptly update all contact information to keep your student file current, complete, and accurate. Due to limited seating, specifically designated course scheduling and course/session materials, all courses, programs, sessions and workshops MUST be paid in FULL prior to the commencement of your training/mentoring or session. Some of our mentoring and short courses allow you to make small installments prior to your session/training these are subject to our cancellation policy without exception.
Payment plans
In specific circumstances a payment plan may be made available for you, the details are agreed to by both parties at the time of enrolment. All email communication at that time is considered part of a contract for entering the payment plan agreement. Once agreed to, any late payments incur a $25 late fee per incident payable upon next payment in addition to the agreed amount to be paid. Should a payment be later than 30 days, it is understood and agreed that your details and account will be sold to a third party to recoup total remaining funds for the entire outstanding amount. We reserve the right to discontinue your training immediately should your financial obligations not be met; at such time no refund, course transfer or future training with us will be offered.
Intellectual Property
The website contains material, such as videos, coursework, lesson plans, training modules, photographs, text, graphics, images, sound recordings, and other material provided by or on behalf of The Acceleration Institute for Natural Therapists (collectively referred to as the “Content”). The Content may be owned by us or third parties. The Content is protected under both Australian and foreign laws. Unauthorized use of the Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Visitors may view all publicly-available Content for their own personal, non-commercial use. Registered Users who have purchased any product or service, may view any Content contained in such purchased product or service for their own personal, non-commercial use. Other than as expressly set forth in the immediately two prior sentences, you have no other rights in or to the Content, and you will not use the Content except as permitted under this Agreement. No other use is permitted without the prior written consent of The Acceleration Institute for Natural Therapists. The Acceleration Institute for Natural Therapists retains all right, title, and interest, including all intellectual property rights, in and to the Content. You must retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original Content. You may not sell, transfer, assign, license, sublicense, or modify the Content or reproduce, display, publicly perform, make a derivative version of, distribute, or otherwise use the Content in any way for any public or commercial purpose. The use or posting of the Content on any other website, social media page, or in a networked computer environment for any purpose is expressly prohibited.
If you violate any part of this Agreement, your permission to access and/or use the Content and the website automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any copies you have made of the Content.
The trademarks, service marks, and logos of The Acceleration Institute for Natural Therapists used and displayed on the Website are registered and unregistered trademarks or service marks of The Acceleration Institute for Natural Therapists. Other company, products, and service names located on the website may be trademarks or service marks owned by others (the “Third-Party Trademarks,” and, collectively with the Acceleration Institute for Natural Therapists. Trademarks, the “Trademarks”). Nothing on the website should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use the Trademarks, without our prior written permission specific for each such use. Use of the Trademarks as part of a link to or from any site is prohibited unless establishment of such a link is approved in advance by us in writing. All goodwill generated from the use of the Acceleration Institute for Natural Therapists. Trademarks inures to our benefit.
Elements of the website are protected by trade dress, trademark, unfair competition, and other state and federal laws and may not be copied or imitated in whole or in part, by any means, including, but not limited to, the use of framing or mirrors. None of the Content may be retransmitted without our express, written consent for each and every instance.
Registered User Content; Licenses:
You grant us and our sublicensees the right, but not the obligation, to use your Sign-In Name, name, likeness, and photograph in connection to advertise and promote the websites, Acceleration Institute for Natural Therapists, and our products and services. You acknowledge and agree that uses of your name, likeness, and photograph permitted by the foregoing licenses may include the display of such name, likeness, and photograph adjacent to advertising and other material or content, including for profit.
Communications with Us
Although we encourage you to email us, we do not want you to, and you should not, email us any content that contains confidential information. With respect to all emails and communications you send to us, including, but not limited to, feedback, questions, comments, suggestions, and the like, we shall be free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques contained in your communications for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to, the development, production, and marketing of your services or products that incorporate such information without compensation or attribution to you.
Representation; Warranties; and Indemnification:
a. If you are a Registered User, you hereby represent, warrant, and covenant that:
– You own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to all trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary, privacy, and publicity rights in and to your Registered User Content and any other works that you incorporate into your Registered User Content, and all the rights necessary to grant the licenses and permissions you grant hereunder;
– Use of your Registered User in the manners contemplated in this Agreement shall not violate or misappropriate the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights of any third party; and
– You shall not submit to the Website any Registered User Content that violates our Community Guidelines set forth above or any other term of this Agreement.
b. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us and our officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, licensees, and assigns harmless from and against any damages, liabilities, losses, expenses, claims, actions, and/or demands, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising or resulting from: (i) your breach of this Agreement; (ii) your access to, use or misuse of the Content or the Websites; and/or (iii) your violation of any third-party rights, including without limitation any copyright, trademark, property, publicity, or privacy right. We shall provide notice to you of any such claim, suit, or proceeding and shall assist you, at your expense, in defending any such claim, suit, or proceeding. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control (at your expense) of any matter that is subject to indemnification under this section. In such case, you agree to cooperate with any reasonable requests assisting our defense of such matter.

The information on this website is not intended to replace medical and health advice offered by doctors and health professionals. The Acceleration Institute for Natural Therapists makes no representations or warranties with respect to any treatment, action, or preparation by any person following the information offered or provided throughout this site.
We provide your training materials, manuals, tuition and support. Student results vary person to person with the key being the amount of practice you do with your skills and commitment you have to succeed. We are proud of and have a very high success rate with our graduates it is important to join us only when you are ready for, dedicated to and prepared to work toward your own success.
Course Registration Conditions:
Payment in full is required to secure your place in a class or program. Payment plan options are available however FULL PAYMENT MUST BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO YOUR START DATE of any class, session or mentoring program unless written agreement made with us PRIOR to course start date. If you choose to finance your training/mentoring/sessions via a third party, to hold your seat/time, your payment to The Acceleration Institute for Natural Therapists must be paid in full before you start your training/mentoring or prior to having your session (unless prior written agreement made with us). Student payment plans may be available to you in certain circumstances, if this is made available for you, this installment option may be made at a slightly higher rate, however when choosing this option do note your full payment is due prior to your class/mentoring/session start date and there is often an expiry period on discounts – if you register and do not pay in full at the time your discount will expire and you understand the full rate will need to be paid in order to attend the class/session. Failing to complete payment in full prior to allocated enrolment closing date will render you unable to attend the class and it is understood that any fees paid will be forfeited.
When opting for holding deposit option, your full payment is required no less that 14 days prior to course commencement OR when all seats have been sold into the particular class – which ever comes first. As soon as all seats have been sold we will notify you immediately so you can make arrangements to finalize your payment which must be done within 72hours of the notification from us. Failing to meet these requirements may result in your losing your place in the class and your holding deposit.
Cancellation fee applies (please see below for information)
IMPORTANT: If choosing to cancel your training please note the following conditions apply.
If cancelling MORE than eight weeks prior to set class date (each in person class series is set in blocks, the notice period is counted as the eight weeks prior to day 1 of your specific class series), if outside of this window you may transfer any fees paid to the same class type with The Acceleration Institute for Natural Therapists if dates are set for the alternative series. A transfer of fees may be done once only and must be used within 6 months of original course date. IMPORTANT: for this option to be taken up you MUST email us a minimum of eight weeks or more prior to the scheduled date of your class AND your re-enrolment needs to be completed at the same time to hold your seat in your new class due to limited seating.
The credit transfer option is only able to be used once, additional transfer requests are not permitted at any time. There is a non-refundable deposit for all training/workshops/sessions as listed online.
ALL cancellations of classes MUST be submitted by email a minimum of eight weeks prior to the commencing course date failing to do so will void any credit for class transfer.
A class transfer is only valid for the same class type set at a different date and can only be used once per student.
IMPORTANT: For both Diploma and Certificate classes
Once WITHIN eight weeks of your scheduled class series start date (our in person training is allocated in series blocks, notice requirement is counted backwards from day 1 of your specific class series. With CK, the 8 weeks of pretraining is the time window through which your series is set to start and CKI & CKII if completed individually the eight weeks is counted as those prior to each specific set) NO REFUND is available. By choosing to cancel your class within the cancellation window you accept that ALL FEES paid will be forfeited and no further class transfers will be offered.
**If a re-sit of assessment is required student must organize their own reallocation to the next time the specific assessment day is set. Re-sit of assessments incur full fees to re-sit each assessment.
Refund Policy Classes:
In the rare event of a cancellation of a class BY US, you will be offered options for a TRANSFER (which is valid for claiming up to 12 months ONLY following the scheduled class and can only be used for the SAME COURSE TYPE). Any unclaimed fees which you do not allocate to the next scheduled course are forfeited if outside of the 12 month window. You MUST contact us via email to accept this transfer within two weeks following notification of your class status to validate this option.
Any unclaimed course fees falling outside of the 12 month transfer window will be forfeit entirely.
We run workshops across Australia and NZ so students in each city are required to be responsible for arranging their own schedules/reschedules independently.
Payment for course fees may be made by Mastercard, Bankcard, Visa, Direct Deposit, or by third party financial institution to us. We do not accept personal cheque or postal money orders.
Workshop fees can change from time to time, so please check back regularly for the latest prices.
Refund/Cancellation Policy for Sessions:
Payment required prior to commencing session, this can be done via credit/debit/PayPal using our secure online facility. Scheduling sessions is the responsibility of the client (with direct appointment links provided by us shortly following formally processing appointment bookings) Cancellation fee applies. Due to limited availability and session structures, if cancelling a session with Kylie with less than 14 days’ notice the entire appointment/series set fee will be forfeited (for sessions of $750.50 or below). Session types purchased above the value of $1501.00 will incur a 50% cancellation fee of total funds paid for the entire session set. In rare occasions where payments made but incomplete/no scheduling of sessions (part or full set) created, any credit in the system must be used within 3 months of date of initial time of booking (it is understood that funds not claimed after this time will be forfeited entirely). No shows will forfeit entire appointment fee. Sessions booked as part of a session package or program MUST BE USED WITHIN 3 months of purchase. If sessions not completed within this time frame fees paid are forfeited automatically. Cancellation must be formally processed through our external session booking site YCBM prior to cancellation window for refund to be administered. The externally operating YCBM interface date/time stamps all communications including cancellations and any refund administer is calculated from that date only. *Refund administered between 48-72 hours of formal cancellation by client.
Payment Types:
In Full: Pay your course full via PayPal, credit card, direct deposit (please email us to discuss if a direct deposit is your preference and we will get in touch with you). Payment plans may be available for you depending on circumstances please ask.
Limitation of Liability:
Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall The Acceleration Institute for Natural Therapists be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, personal damage to self, others, loss of assets, or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use the products or services advertised we offer. The Acceleration Institute for Natural Therapists is not responsible for any liability, or damage a client may incur whilst attending a course reading, healing or any of the other services we provide, or as a result of actions taken or mis-actions, nor do we accept any responsibility for the information imparted in a course, reading, healing or any of the other services we provide. Students, Users, Registered Users take full personal responsibility for their usage of the information provided. The Acceleration Institute for Natural Therapists gives no warranty on the choice of courses you make. If for any reason you are not happy with your course selection this remains your responsibility. The Acceleration Institute for Natural Therapists will not be liable for any damages or injury that accompany or result from your use of our site or training material. The information on this website and within our training packages is not intended to replace medical and health advice offered by doctors and health professionals. The Acceleration Institute for Natural Therapists makes no representations or warranties with respect to any treatment, action, or preparation by any person following the information offered or provided throughout this site and/or classes.
Privacy Policy:
The Acceleration Institute for Natural Therapists values your privacy. Any information collected on this web site is used internally, solely for the purpose of marketing and processing sales transactions with The Acceleration Institute for Natural Therapists ONLY. We do not give out or otherwise sell any personal information received via this site. All addresses collected are collected for the purpose of being able to offer our products/services and give information about updates to you only. During some classes, other students may require/collect private information from you. You never are required to give this unless you are comfortable, information in that capacity is used for the benefit and safety of yourself while coming through our training (including but not limited to medical/illness information). This information will be asked to be destroyed following our classes unless your explicit permission is given to another student.
Controlling Law:
This Agreement and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, and the Commonwealth of Australia, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
Class Action Waiver:
You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the Dispute between us and you individually. To the full extent permitted by law, (i) no arbitration or proceeding shall be joined with any other; (ii) there is no right or authority for any Dispute to be arbitrated or resolved on a class action-basis or to utilize class action procedures; and (iii) there is no right or authority for any Dispute to be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons. You agree that you may bring claims against us only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
